With our world changing at such a rapid pace, we’re all having to adapt very quickly. We’ve already been so inspired and enthused by our customers tenacious spirit and determination to adjust and reshape their business.
One of these customers is The Ham & Cheese Company who first ordered a logo stamp from us back in 2018. This week, Alison ordered 3 new stamps from us and kindly shared her story with us.
“We are a Bermondsey based workshop and for 15 years we have sourced Italian charcuterie from pork butchers and farmers all across the country. Having such small suppliers means we’ve always sold to restaurants as their daily changing menus can cope when our products aren’t available or there are seasonal flavour changes”.
“But all this has changed almost overnight with Covid-19. Some of our customers, like The River Cafe, have started delivering meals around the capital, others are offering a take away menu. We are quickly turning our focus to online sales so that people can stock up on organic Khorasan pasta, Carnaroli rice, anchovies and passata as well as our ham and cheese. Your stamps will help us as we break down large, wholesale sacks of lentils and beans into 500g bags for people at home”.
