Once you have placed your order, we will email you requesting your choice of title font and the text you would like to add to the design. We will send you a preview to approve before making your stamp.
The finished stamped image will depending on the amount of text required but can be up to 90 x 125 mm in size to fit perfectly on an A6 card.
We highly recommend you use a Fine Detail Ink Pad with this design for the best results on paper and card.

Returns
Non-customised goods only: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. It must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrapping intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You are responsible for the costs of the return postage.
Customised stamps: In respect of customised stamps, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a factory error or defect with the goods.
All goods with a clear error in manufacture will be replaced at no extra cost to you. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made where applicable.
In relation to customised goods, we are not responsible for any costs incurred in relation to customer error.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
