Caring For Your Stamps

Caring for Your Stamps

Follow these steps to keep your stamps and ink pads in good working condition.

1. It's important to clean your stamp between different colours and before packing away. However you must never wash a mounted rubber stamp under the tap as the rubber can come off the cushion.
2. Instead start cleaning your stamp by tapping it repeatedly onto a damp cloth.
3. Dry your stamp off on a dry towel.
4. Polymer stamps can become a little sticky after cleaning - simply dust with talcum powder.
5. Brush off the talc and your stamp will feel like new.
6. Your stamp is ready to be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We are still operating during this current health crisis.

Our office and factory is still open, processing orders, even during lockdown.

We can do this because we operate from a barn on our land. We can answer phone calls between 10:00 and 16:00 UK time.

We can still post your orders via Royal Mail in 1-2 days.
