Your order will be prepared and ready for dispatch in 1 - 2 working days.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class tracked. You should receive an email from Royal Mail on the day of dispatch with tracking information.
Due to Royal Mail strike action there may be delays to our normal delivery service.
Unfortunately we do not offer an express delivery service. Stamp-making is not an exact science and stamps do not always pass our strict quality test first time.
Costs for international delivery will be quoted at the checkout. International orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or courier.
Please note that we have no control over import duties and taxes charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order as you will be responsible for payment.
UK delivery cost is £4. We offer FREE UK postage on web orders over £40.
Non-customised goods only: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. It must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrapping intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You are responsible for the costs of the return postage.
Customised stamps: In respect of customised stamps, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a factory error or defect with the goods.
All goods with a clear error in manufacture will be replaced at no extra cost to you. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made where applicable.
In relation to customised goods, we are not responsible for any costs incurred in relation to customer error.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
