SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is charged at a flat rate regardless of the order size.
Delivery within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man is £2.95.
Delivery outside this area is £7.50

DELIVERY TIMES
Goods are normally shipped within 2 days of receipt of order. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and can take up to 3-5 working days to reach you after the order leaves our warehouse.
Bulky or higher value products may require a signature on receipt.

RETURNS POLICY
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
