Early Days

Jon and Sasha launched The English Stamp Company in March 1992. Inspired by a trip to India where they were overwhelmed by the sights and colours on offer, the couple returned with an idea to recreate some of the magic of the Subcontinent. They began making stamps to print gold stars onto walls and The English Stamp Company was born out of their small workshop in rural Dorset.

The team have continued to evolve their product range over the last 20 years and now specialise in high quality, personalised rubber stamps which can transform stationery, packaging, furniture, fabrics, wrapping paper, walls and almost any other flat surface.

Alongside their rubber stamps, the company also offer a large range of specialist inkpads, embossing powders and blank stationery items - perfect tools for designing and making cards, tags and gift wrap.
