This shipping time is updated daily. This time refers to when orders leave our factory, not the time when you will receive your order. Times are not guaranteed.

We currently offer FREE UK postage on orders over £15 (web orders only).

Your order will usually be packed and dispatched first class within 48 hours. Our busiest time is in the Autumn, when orders may be delayed by a few days. Larger stamps can often take 2-3 days longer as we manufacture specialist handles.

Postage is charged at a flat rate regardless of order size.
Delivery within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man costs £3.
Worldwide delivery, outside this area, costs £7.50.

VAT (sales tax)

Prices include VAT, which is charged at the current rate on all orders delivered to addresses within the EU. If your delivery country is outside the EU, VAT will be removed. Channel Islands residents should select "Channel Islands" rather than "United Kingdom" as their delivery country.

Returns Policy

Our 30-day return guarantee means that, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the receipt of the item. The item must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund (excludes custom stamps). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Custom stamps are made specifically and cannot be returned for a refund.
